Our mother, JK, is wheelchair bound, permanently catheterized and uses oxygen. Due to her condition she needs assistance and frequent monitoring in her daily life.
We are writing this letter to let you know the high regard in w/c we hold two of your employees. The registered nurse and the aide. They are both professional and knowledgeable and yet they are also very caring and concerned individuals. They both treat our mom with respect and try to keep her dignity in these situations where she can often feel no longer has any. They both go way beyond the call of duty.
We just wanted to take a moment to sing their praises to you. They are exceptional employees and super human beings. Please acknowledge their professionalism and dependability from one grateful family.

I felt safe and secure when they left for the day – I knew I was OK! We “NEED YOU” – don’t abandon us. You are our survival, our life line. God bless.
